And here's the part almost no one addresses: You cannot build a steadier way of living on a body that's running on empty. When you're depleted, everything is harder. Your patience is shorter. Your decisions are foggier. Your discipline is not a character flaw at that point. It's a resource problem. 

Most of this field of work skips the body entirely and goes straight to your thinking. Or it hands you a meal plan and workout schedule and ignores everything else. That's not embodiment. That's fragmentation.

This is not more information.
This is not a mindset course.
This is how you live it.

Over eight weeks we work privately, one to one. Your body first, then your emotions, then the daily habits that either hold you or quietly cost you. Not to fix what's wrong with you. There is nothing wrong with you. This is the passage from who you've been to who you're becoming, and by the end she isn't a version you visit on a good week. She's how you live.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY WORK WITH

This isn't improvised. Four things, in a deliberate order, because each one makes the next one possible.

  • Your body. Natural, practical support so you stop running on fumes. Better sleep, steadier energy, a head that feels clear again.
     

  • Your design. Your Human Design chart, read with you, so you finally understand how you are actually built to think, decide and move, instead of forcing yourself into someone else's system.
     

  • Your emotions. The three step method I wrote and have taught for years: Identify, Interrupt, Install. A practical way to meet a hard emotion in the moment, let it move, and choose what you do next. Not theory. Something you use on a Tuesday.
     

  • Your habits. The daily practices that hold all of it in place once the eight weeks are over, built around your real life, not an ideal one.

HOW THE PASSAGE MOVES

I've walked with women across this passage enough times to know its shape. The terrain doesn't surprise me anymore, and that is exactly what lets me keep you steady while everything in you reorganises. It moves in four parts.

WEEKS 1–2 · THE GROUND

We start with your body. 

 

Nothing else holds while you're running on empty, so we do not touch anything else yet. We begin with your Visera scan session, a starting point we look at together, so we're working from where you actually are rather than where you assume you are. From there I build your natural support: a doTERRA essential oil and nutrition protocol chosen for you, and the simple daily practices that go with it. Within days most women notice it. A clearer head in the morning. Steadier energy through the afternoon. A lightness that wasn't there. This is the ground. Everything else gets built on it.

WEEKS 3–4 · THE REVEALING

Now you can see yourself clearly.

 

With your body steady, you can finally receive what you couldn't hear while you were depleted. We explore your Human Design chart and you understand how you are actually built to think, decide and move, instead of forcing yourself into someone else's system. This part tends to land like a revelation. Then I teach you Identify, Interrupt, Install, and you start using it in real time. The comment, the email, the old familiar trigger lands, moves through you, and passes, instead of taking the rest of your day with it.

WEEKS 5–6 · THE REWRITE

We change what you actually do.

 

Now we go after the habits. The quiet self abandonment: the skipped meals, the four hour nights, the yes you should have refused, the promise to yourself you break first. One by one we put them down and build the ones that hold you. Not a regime you'll resent by March. A way of living that fits how you are built.

WEEKS 7–8 · THE EMBODIMENT  

You lead from who you've become.

 

By the end this isn't a state you visit on a good week. It's the ground under your feet. You feel good in your body. Your head is clear. You lead, decide and live from the woman you've become, and she holds, because she's built on something real.

I'm not guiding you across ground I haven't crossed.

At twenty-four, I put down the map I'd been handed... the framework, the belonging, the life that had already been decided for me... because it led somewhere I couldn't go and still be myself. How much time does this ask of me?

One 60-minute private session a week, plus Voxer when you need it in between. The real work happens in how you live the week, not in hours of homework. This is built for a full life, not bolted on top of one as another job.

I've done a lot of inner work already. Will this be more talk that goes nowhere?

No, and that's the whole point. We don't talk around your patterns for eight weeks. We start with your body, teach you something you use in the moment, and change what you actually do. You'll feel the difference inside the first two weeks.

What if I'm the exception - the one this doesn't work for? 

That fear is almost always the old patterns protecting themselves. Here's the honest version: this works when you're willing to be changed. Show up ready and the structure holds you.
